4. How Can I Edit My Shipping Address?
We cannot update shipping addresses after an order is placed. Kymaxa will not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We recommend reaching out to the carrier to request your package be held for pickup. No, we currently do not offer international shipping, we only ship within the USA.
Return & Refund

At Kymaxa, our goal is your complete satisfaction. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 19 days from delivery to return the item for a full refund. Please make sure that all items are returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in their original condition.
