Your Choices And Opt-Outs

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to (1) request to know more about and access your personal information, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information. Changing or Deleting Your Information

All users may access, review, update, correct or delete the information in their registration profile and otherwise in our records by contacting us at the information at the end of this privacy policy or by making edits via the “My Account” section of the Site, subject to limited exceptions under applicable law. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your account in our system, please contact us at assist@kymaxa.com with “Privacy” as the subject line of the email with a request that we delete your information from our database. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Publication Of User Submissions

The Site is meant for adults. We do not direct the Services or Platform to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 13.
